About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join a fast-growing marine technology company specialized in environmental solutions designed to restore and regenerate marine ecosystems.

Through cutting-edge engineering and nature-based technologies, we help ports, cruise lines, energy companies, and infrastructure investors meet environmental regulations while actively enhancing marine biodiversity.

This is a commercially focused driven Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona and lead business development across Spain, Europe, and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage enterprise B2B accounts in the marine and coastal infrastructure sectors
  

• Engage with global cruise operators, major energy companies, and infrastructure investment funds owning marine terminals
  

• Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and sustainability decision-makers
  

• Translate complex technical solutions into clear business value propositions
  

• Lead consultative and strategic sales cycles, coordinating with engineering teams for tailored solutions
  

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and international meetings
  

• Identify and convert new business opportunities within environmental and marine infrastructure projects
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally managing enterprise accounts
  

• Background in one or more of the following sectors:
  

  • Environmental services

  • Marine engineering

  • Offshore / energy

  • Port infrastructure

  • Sustainability solutions
    

• Excellent storytelling, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  

• Proven ability to manage long and complex sales cycles
  

• Fluency in English and Spanish
  

• Willingness to travel internationally
  

• Genuine passion for sustainability and marine ecosystem restoration
